REGISTRATION NOTES

Early bird registration rates are available until April 30, 2025.
To receive the member registration rate, individuals who are employed by a member institution should ask their institution's WARUCC administrator to be added to the institution's bundle.
To receive the student-employee rate, the individual must be a full time student employed by a member organization in a part-time capacity or on a co-op work placement. A registration code is required to access this rate - contact secretary@warucc.ca to obtain a code.
Cancellations received in writing by 11:59 p.m. CST June 6, 2025 will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds will not be available after June 6, 2025; however, delegate substitution will be allowed. Contact secretary@warucc.ca to cancel a registration or to make a substitute.
